Shipping policy

Anywhere in the Continental U.S.



Once you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your estimated delivery and tracking information.

If you placed an in store pick-up order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up.

Orders will ship out or be ready to be picked up in store the day of the purchase if the order is placed before 2PM EST.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday, excluding major holidays.

Orders received after 2PM EST on a weekday are processed the following business day.

Overnight orders must be placed by 2 PM EST for next day delivery.

Overnight orders placed Friday or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day.

If shipping overnight on Friday, please select Saturday delivery. Zip code and address must be verified for availability of Saturday delivery.  

If an item is not currently in stock, The Beach Shop will contact you with the forecasted delivery date.

While delays are rare, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. External factors beyond The Beach Shops control, such as
weather conditions or mechanical problems, may impact delivery times.






Returns and exchanges

The Beach Shop will take back any regular priced merchandise with original receipt for a full refund minus the shipping costs.

The same payment method that was used for the original purchase will be used to issue the refund. If you are unable to provide a receipt an in store credit will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receiving your return - you will receive an email when refund has been issued.

All regular priced returns must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days up to 90 days, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Sale priced items will only be issued store credit. All sales priced merchandise must be returned within 19 days.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

We will accept swimwear returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a full refund. In accordance with state law, we cannot accept returns on worn swimwear.

Damaged must be reported within 5 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Due to inventory constantly changing, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item and shipping back what you wish to return. This ensures you do not miss out on the item.
